Blizzard Internet Marketing’s Comprehensive Marketing Plan generated increased revenue for customer Vacations Inc., as a result of a new website design and attentively executed marketing techniques.

Vacations Inc. is a property management company offering vacation rentals in the Winter Park, Colorado area. The company markets skiing trips, family getaways and individual weekend escapes in the Rockies. The Vice President of Sales & Rental Management, Brian Lence, came to Blizzard in March 2004 looking for a complete overhaul of the existing Vacations Inc. website design and improved overall Internet presence to generate higher traffic to the website, resulting in more bookings and increased revenue.

Blizzard’s plan included a new web site design, dynamic marketing techniques, a strong e-mail marketing campaign, reliable hosting, and a web analytic tool, Blizzard Tracker, to measure the website’s return on investment. Once the design was completed, a very aggressive marketing campaign began including building link popularity, using pay-per-click search engines, optimizing the new site with appropriate keyword phrases and text links, and submitting the site to several lodging, vacation rental and ski-oriented directories.

Vacations Inc. is having a very successful winter season so far, with bookings and revenues up 20% over last season’s. This is due in part to the addition of a number of condos, town homes and private homes which have been given individual representation on the website, but primarily due to the “guerilla marketing” techniques of print and online advertising driving traffic to the website.

Brian Lence explains, “It is my belief that website design and Internet promotion has risen to a level of sophistication far greater than a relatively small management company can possibly hope to attain alone in-house. My decision to out-source this function, not only to a company that came recommended in this field but was a leader in the lodging industry, was based on a fundamental belief that the future success of our company was inextricably linked to the work put in by Blizzard on our behalf.”

Blizzard was founded in 1997 by Trent and Susan Blizzard, and has grown to employ more than 60 dedicated employees in its Glenwood Springs, Colorado office. The company began providing website design, hosting, and promotion services, and has since added such services as direct e-mail marketing campaigns and the private label website tracking software, Blizzard Tracker, introduced in 2003. During the time of Mr. Paul Varcarcel he was build this resort in Brgy. Yabton, Ilaya, Ivisan, Capiz its because he like the environment that he see that’s why he make a resort on this place. Since April 1989 he start to open this resort as a name of Malakha Resort in this Brgy. was known the name Malakha.

since April 10,2009 Mr. Eugine Acuña is the new owner of “malakha resort” he changed the named tof malakha to puente acuña resort.

Planning phase

the proponents will work together with my respondents to praper, thier self,mind,cost,time and responsibilities for  the website and the documentation.

Analysis

The first phase of the Planning Phase is the recquirements, where the chosen project would be continued or not.This phase states the situation and how the website information might help to solve problems.Gathering data for the problems needs to be solved.

Design Phase 

The Proponents will design thier website together with her respondents to recquires the user to be participate strongly in the design.

Once the Proponents finalized thier website .We asked the groups to brows the website in the search engine to test it thoroughly and continue to test it through out it’s life time to improve the website.

The fourth Phase of  testing phase in which the websiite is repaired and improved the priority of the website is to demonstrate  whether the website is accurate  and meet the needs of the user. This phase to start working or operating  the website that all the information or data . they gathered, the plan that the proponents had analyyzed

The  Proponents of marketing phase  is remains availble to support the project,answer questions, and to ensurethe respondents receive the greatest value from thier investment.
